More about OnTrackNY

OnTrackNY teams offer Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) to empower OnTrackNY participants to make meaning of their experiences and pursue their goals for school, work, and relationships. Research has shown that this type of early intervention can make a dramatic difference in young people’s lives.

We really center [our participants] on being the captain of their ship and us being their team & saying: 'how can we support you in being able to live a fulfilling & meaningful life.

The OnTrackNY spirit

Everything we do is guided by 4 values.

Recovery-oriented

We view recovery as a process of change, supporting participants as they strive to improve their health, live a self-directed life, and reach their full potential.

Equitable & inclusive

We value each other’s differences as strengths and aim to ensure all participants and families have what they need to thrive wherever they live, work, learn, or play.

Collaborative

We partner with participants & their family members to navigate and make decisions in all aspects of the treatment journey.

Person-centered

We place participants at the center of everything we do, prioritizing their unique goals, needs, and preferences.

We try to make treatment available and appealing to young people as soon as possible because there is a very strong association between rapid treatment and better outcomes.
