Training & technical assistance in New York state

OnTrack Central provides training and technical assistance, including web-based resources, to programs implementing OnTrackNY services in New York State. Contract OnTrack Central for more information.

OnTrackUSA: Training & technical assistance outside of New York

OnTrack Central at the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI) offers consultation and training for programs outside of New York implementing Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC). We also offer free web-based resources to facilitate implementation. Contact the OnTrackUSA initiative to learn more or inquire about a consultation.

Training & technical assistance options

OnTrack Central offers implementation support for new and existing CSC programs outside of New York state, including an initial consultation to develop an individualized training plan. Custom pricing is available upon request. Individualized training plans are tailored to the State/program, considering the local needs and context, and can include:

  • A two-day introductory training covering the basic of CSC and the clinical concepts, skills and interventions required for each role on the CSC team
  • Web-based learning modules 
  • Ongoing Zoom training designed to support staff in each role and foster team cohesion
  • Consultation around fidelity and continuous quality improvement 
  • Ongoing implementation consultation for program leadership
