Publication & project summariesAbout OnTrackNY

A learning healthcare system

In response to the critical need to engage the OnTrackNY community as part of a learning health care system known as the Early Psychosis Intervention Network (EPINET), OnTrackNY created an initiative called Amplify OnTrackNY. The mission of Amplify OnTrackNY is to engage and amplify the voices of OnTrackNY participants, family members, and providers, create knowledge, and facilitate change that will improve care delivery and outcomes for young adults with early psychosis.

The Amplify OnTrackNY team includes a group of individuals with lived experience, researchers, and clinicians. The team is independent of OnTrackCentral. We listen to and learn from those connected to OnTrackNY, including participants, graduates, family members, or team members, to continue identifying ways to improve OnTrackNY and achieve the highest quality of care.

This team regularly shares publication summaries & project summaries to highlight key learnings and next steps for change from the initiatives they work on:

  • Amplify OnTrackNY project summaries provide an accessible overview of projects led by Amplify OnTrackNY, including the goals, actions taken, learnings, and next steps.
  • Amplify OnTrackNY publication summaries summarize peer-reviewed publications focused on quality improvement or research conducted to help us learn & improve the program
